Karen Ofori-Attah Adoo 
Head of Learning and Skills 

An adept and passionate Engagement specialist, Coach and Consultant with over two decades of service and experience in various roles with the Department for Work and Pensions. Nessa has built and maintained excellent relationships with various stakeholders including local government, employers, community leaders. She has honed invaluable expertise in supporting people from all walks of life; from C-Suite Heads of Service, working professionals, 50+ and at-risk young people. Nessa's vision is to serve the underserved, this was heightened by the 2011 London riots which was attributed predominately to racial tension, class tension, economic decline and its consequent unemployment rates. Whilst working for the DWP as the  Lead for Ex-Offenders she  made first-hand impact in enabling clients to overcome multiple barriers and secure sustainable employment in order to prevent re-offending and ensure stability.

John has a myriad of skills and experiences. One of which is an established partnership Manager with a proven track record of bullding and retaining key partnerships as well as imparting his skills to our young clients. John works to foster links with the local community and key partners and reinforces our ability to make the best and proper use of every

situation & opportunity. John has a real passion for driving change and transforming young peoples lives.

Karen is a versatile education and training professional  who brings on board a wealth of experience in the private, public and NGO sectors of UK, Republic of Ireland and Ghana.

Karen has worked on various ESF funded projects aimed at improving the life chances of young people in London. She has also served internationally as an Education and Project  Management Consultant on Government and Corporate funded employability and enterprise development programmes that have empowered thousands of young people in Africa to grow, nurture and expand sustainable, socially responsible businesses. Karen firmly believes that every person should be given the nurturing and opportunity to become an active citizen, regardless of their background and her mission is to harness her experience and talents to serve their needs.
